Business Overview

Rabcon specialise in the ‘hard to do’ projects that provide a challenge.  Established in July 1992, Rabcon have developed and maintained a business environment that encourages motivation, training and technical support of a multi skilled project team.  Rabcon delivers engineering management, maintenance and building construction services for civil, structural, mechanical and corrosion control projects.  Rabcon recently completed design and construction of stage 1 of an industrial development consisting of workshop and storage facilities at Tomago NSW.  This now enables Rabcon to complete fabrication works including blasting and painting in house requiring no outsourcing, eliminating prolonged schedules due to delays and additional costs for subcontractors.  Rabcon specialise in high risk projects such as working at heights and confined spaces.

Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and other staff are trained, certified and retested to supply and maintain a safe working environment. Rabcon believes it is our people who make our company who we are.

Occupational Health & Safety

Rabcon is committed to the provision of a safe work environment in compliance with the NSW Workplace Health & Safety Act 2011 (WHS).  Our overall objective is to eliminate workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities, whilst achieving and maintaining statutory compliance, system conformance and positive trends in safety performance.  Rabcon has developed and implemented Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures that are certified under AS/NZS ISO 4801 to ensure safe methods of work.  Rabcon is committed to consulting with staff in a meaningful and effective manner on WHS issues.
