It is a one stop shop for design, detail, general fabrication, custom fabrication, repairs, maintenance, blast preparation and spray painting.

The characteristics include,
• 6,300 square metre storage area with B double vehicle access
• 1,200 square metres floor area workshop
• 6 x vehicle doors 5.5m x 5.5m for access
• 10 tonne overhead crane with 7.5 metre under the hook
• Mobile industrial blasting chamber 12m x 8m x 4.5m high able to accommodate components up to 36m long due to track set up.
• Spray painting workshop 12m x 9m x7m high with environmentally friendly filtered extraction
